YOUR ROLE
- Planning and coordinating the forklift drivers in incoming goods, allocating deliveries, creating incoming goods logs and labels and checking the storage of goods in the warehouse according to the order overview
- Booking incoming goods in accordance with the delivery bill and incoming goods log, preparing delivery documents and booking outgoing goods (incl. dangerous goods checklist) based on delivery bill and filling quantity (Wako) as well as dispatching external truck drivers including delivery documents
- Picking and provision of samples for the AWT as well as raw materials for other Henkel plants and monitoring of loading
- Checking the staging slips for production, creating and checking waste orders and assigning loading / staging to the forklift drivers
- Carrying out regular stock checks and counts, complying with safety, environmental and quality guidelines in the warehouse and tank farm areas and assisting in the preparation of AAs and ATAs
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed vocational training in the warehouse/logistics sector
- Experience in dealing with merchandise management systems
- Forklift driver's license required
- Good knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of SAP
- Inventory experience an advantage
- Organizational skills & good communication (internal & external)
- Knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations
- Reliability & accuracy
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
