YOUR ROLE
- Budget Preparation: Assist in the development and management of financial budgets for the Dublin site, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monthly Financial Reviews: Prepare comprehensive financial reviews and presentations for the Senior Management team; Track and report on the operational performance of the Dublin site using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to support decision-making
- Product Costing Management: Oversee the monthly product costing process, including review, approval, and material price updates to ensure accurate cost accounting.; Handle new product costing requests in collaboration with R&D and Operations, ensuring that all financial aspects are thoroughly analyzed and reported
- Forecasting: Prepare monthly financial forecasts to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Capital Investment Analysis: Prepare discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses for capital investment projects. Participate in the Project Investment Board (PIB) to review and approve capital expenditures.
- Month-End Close Support: Collaborate closely with the regional financial shared services center to support the month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across Dublin Operations, as well as with corporate controlling and the regional SSC, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial information as requested by various departments and stakeholders.

- Third level qualification in business /accounting
- To be able to work to tight deadlines for Monthly reporting
- Ability to work with people across multiple functional teams
- To be part of the Henkel Ireland team and to assist to achieve the company goals
- Ability to innovate and challenge issues
