YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Production Technologies and Supply Chain teams.
- Responsible for all HR functions within production technologies and supply chain, including performance and talent management, development, and compensation in the area of responsibility.
- Ensure the effective execution of the full HR cycle.
- Provide expert consultancy on HR-related matters, supporting business leaders with decision-making in the areas of performance, talent, and workforce management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop organizational development strategies aligned with succession planning and future growth.
- Coach managers in the application of HR processes and foster employee engagement across teams.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are monitored and applied effectively.
- Should be willing to travel to other factory sites, including Gebze,Tuzla, and Ankara.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in related fields,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as Business Partner,
- Experience in industrial relations is a plus,
- Good command of English language,
- Ability to interact different levels with solid communication skills.
