YOUR ROLE

• Manage & coordinate financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets and analysis reports
• Track KPIs and provide in-depth analysis, give suggestion for the areas to be improved
• Drive and support the business by assisting business leaders to take best informed decisions
• Communicate and present pro-actively controlling topics to general management and other business contacts
• Provide independent & objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives
• Ensure compliance/governance through correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of financial reporting
• Drive continuous improvement in controlling relevant concepts, processes and tools

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in economics or related subjects
• Work experience in financial management and business controlling roles
• Very good English communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Initiative and independent working style as well as a good team player
