YOUR ROLE
- Become a member of the Executive Assistance team within our Corporate Strategy department, acting as direct content-support for Henkel's CEO internally and externally
- Provide 360° executive support in shaping the operative day-to-day agenda
- Prepare strategic presentations and create keynote speeches
- Realize a holistic CEO positioning by contributing to various communication measures and concepts
- Create preparatory documents for meetings incl. external boards and committees
- Coordinate the smooth execution of selected events and meetings
- Shape further actions to bring Henkel's Purposeful Growth Agenda to life
- Grow within a dynamic, highly motivated team with interfaces across the organization and build a long-term career at Henkel
YOUR SKILLS
- High-performing talent with a bachelor’s degree (preferably Master) in Business Administration, Communication or comparable disciplines
- Relevant experiences e.g. through full-time positions or internships in strategy, marketing, or communications
- High-performing talent with business-related background
- Ability to interact with top management
- Strong communication skills and affinity for strategic conception and content creation
- Open, proactive, and creative mindset with a strong sense of diligence and reliability
- Motivated and ambitious team player with an eagerness to learn
- Excellent language skills in English and German
