YOUR ROLE

  • For new product introduction and MOC projects, communicate closely with stakeholders (PD, PM, QA, manufacturing, SCM, etc.) and conduct qualification testing, production transfer documentation, and initial production flow follow-up.
  • Process improvement includes continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, quality, and productivity. Especially, Lean Six Sigma tools, automation, and digitalization activities will be promoted to establish more efficient processes.
  • To ensure that facilities and equipment continue to operate normally and safely, periodic inspections, repairs, and spare parts management are performed. This is intended to prevent breakdowns and maintain manufacturing efficiency. It also manages maintenance costs and capital investment.

YOUR SKILLS

  • B.S. in Chemistry, Mechaniccal Engineering or other relevant scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Technology
  • Practical knowledge of ISO/OHSAS management system, Adhesives Processes, Machinery design, Safety Programs, Corporate Standards, Compliance and Henkel Emergency Management Process
  • Solid understanding of English and Fluent level Japanese
  • Automation Engineering experience preferred
  • Experience in improving productability and profitability prefrred
