YOUR ROLE
- Lead ongoing pricing activities and projects across the Region and functions (Sales, Strategy, Product Management, Finance)
- Drive value capture by implementing global/regional price strategy
- Execute strategic pricing process(es) and policies globally/regionally
- Collaborate with Central Pricing Team to design pricing tools/processes for harmonization (and adaptation) across the various business units and lead adoption of tools/processes within the SBU
- Provide expertise in price setting for global/regional products and in price execution
- Responsible for governance on discounts/rebates and surcharges
- Develop internal and external communication related to pricing
- Own various pricing analyses and reports that support the Region on measuring price impact against guidance/targets
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Strategy/Consulting, Pricing, Controlling or Finance
- Well-developed change management skills
- Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced analytical, conceptual, and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English
