YOUR ROLE
- Development of NRM strategy across Sales, Marketing and Finance
- Optimize financial efficency of Key Account Management via monitoring and control of price pass, margin pools, trade spend analysis and control
- Optimizing sell out via recommending new price positioning for brands taking into consideration mass margin & NES generation
- Driving overall profitability via GAP analysis, customer trade spend analysis and support in negotiation, preparations
- Supporting internal know-how and decision-making process via providing relevant tools & regular reporting of Sales, Nielsen, pricing monitoring
- Supporting sell-out at customers via optimizing assortment, working on category developments and sell-out analysis in category management projects
- Implement methodology & Tools to keep close tracking & recommending optimizing of L6 spending across customers
- Lead in-market core pricing analytics for priority brands and lead management of pricing guidelines
- Manage Price Pass, ensure qualitative inputs and manage regular revisions & decision making based on results
- Implement & Manage tools of consistent reporting and forecasting of sales & GP1
- Partner with Brand / Sales to develop brand/ customer growth plans based on combined
- Category analysis & NRM learnings
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor or master degree in Economy field
- Up to 2 years of experience in similar role
- Fluent English
- skills in: business development, sales, finance, controlling, marketing & shopper marketing, networking/social selling, scanning data, pricing, proposal generation/deal structure, customer insights, data literacy, sales forecasting, understanding of alternatives and/or understanding of supply chain
- team player, good communication skills
- Microsoft office knowledge (especially Excel)
