What you´ll do
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be part of our team to refine our pricing strategies and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the project aimed at establishing lean pricing processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the central project team, as well as Strategic Business Unit (SBU) pricing and controlling teams, to develop and implement efficient pricing tools and processes.
- Conduct pricing-related analysis and ensure data validation using various BI tools and SAP ERP.
- Translate pricing inquiries and insight needs into data-driven analyses, which will be used to make business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of cross-SBU workshops to align on price review concepts and workflows.
- Engage with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements and help structure information needs into actionable approaches and logic.
- Assist in the development of data-driven KPIs for both annual and ad-hoc pricing reviews, and contribute to the creation of management dashboards.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout processes for newly developed tools.

- Experienced in data driven analytics
- Required technical skills: - Advanced Excel, Power Point skills (ability to summarize and conceptualize data extracts in a professional and creative way) and SAP Tool knowledge
- Preferred technical skills: MS Power BI and Sales BI
- Proactive working style and solid analytical skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders from various functions and (ideally) ability to translate business requirements
- Into technical design documents
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Good communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and agile mindset

Minimum salary: 1450 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
