YOUR SKILLS
- The Maintenance Technician possesses mechanical and electrical skills, which allow them to install, maintain, troubleshoot setup, and repair all manufacturing, distribution, and facility equipment.
- The Maintenance Technician will be proactive at identifying machine deficiencies and capable of planning, designing, and implementing machine improvements with little or no direct supervision.
- The Maintenance Technician interacts with all members of the cross functional teams including outside vendors and suppliers.
- Participate in TPM, 5S, and other Lean initiatives as assigned by the Maintenance Coach.
- Operates material handling equipment in the execution of work orders.
The salary for this role is $25.00 - $30.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
