Senior Marketing Project Coordinator (5-Months Fixed Term Employment)

YOUR ROLE
- Support the Henkel Consumer Brands North America marketing team in launching and relaunching products
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met using Henkel's project management tool
- Gather and input project and product information into designated systems
- Attend project meetings to provide updates, track action items, and address issues
- Manage artwork approval processes through online tools
- Maintain product overview reports regularly
- Act as a key partner in the value chain for successful product launches and marketing initiatives
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in Project Management and Coordination; Preferably obtained from a Marketing-related industry
- Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication; experience in stakeholder management
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; knowledge in MS Project or similar project management tools is a plus
- Must have a strong sense of teamwork and influencing skills, High level of proactivity and ownership; has the ability to raise a topic without hesitation
- Must have a process and detail-oriented personality with a strongly developed sense for prioritization and time management; Analytical and critical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence
- Amenable to work on a temporary basis (5 months), night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and following US holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
