YOUR ROLE

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining a positive, professional behaviour and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Customer Service Management (CSM) processes with a focus on customer interaction, handling inbound and outbound communications.
  • Capture and report on customer feedback, contributing to a deeper understanding of customer needs, segments, and expectations to drive satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting customers with inquiries related to supply, commercial needs, complaints and product applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Center of Excellence, Global Business Solutions, Supply Chain, Sales) to align priorities and fulfill customer expectations within the company’s capabilities.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience, including customer segmentation and differentiated service levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by reviewing existing processes and suggesting new ideas to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience.
  • Prioritize and plan your workflow to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, leveraging performance management systems and KPIs.
  • Utilize customer service support systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud) to drive efficiencies, providing feedback to support system improvements.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Slovak or Czech, with strong English communication skills for professional interactions.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive customer relationships.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as SAP, Excel, and EDI, with experience in cloud-based CRMs (e.g., Service Cloud) being advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing operations (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain) is preferred.

Minimum salary: 1600 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
