What you'll do
- Steers and ensures supply continuity and manages all critical shortages and FM’s avoiding out of stocks and impact on NES according to defined KPIs.
- Assess, identify, and support processes and tools to drive the digital framework for supply resilience to anticipate market developments and foster knowledge management.
- Optimizes (together with SC) the end-to-end value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier service and quality level, and raws/packs inventory.
- Manages together with the team all operational standard processes with the target to enable, secure, improve and verify supply.
- Manages Regional Sourcing Office Sub-Team and collaborates with the regional stakeholders (SC, CT, R&D).
