We are looking for an ambitious, analytical Business Controller to support our fast-growing businesses in the Nordics with brands such as Schwarzkopf, Got2be, Barnängen, Osis, Pritt and Loctite. In this role, you will actively support the respective Nordic General Manager and the sales organization in driving business development towards the achievement of targets and be a key member of the SBU management team. In addition, you work closely with the controlling organisation for Cluster North (Nordics & UK/Ireland) and report to the Head of Controlling located in our office in Sundbyberg. You will also be part of the dynamic global organisation with opportunities for career development around the region/world. 

YOUR ROLE

  • Ensure fast, timely and reliable reporting for the assigned Business Unit in line with monthly closing and reporting deadlines.
  • Proactively provide fast, accurate and reliable analysis of standard and ad-hoc topics.
  • Act as a business partner working closely with the General Managers & regional business management to monitor business development vs. plan and contributing to achievement of business goals.
  • Provide a consistent and detailed follow up of relevant business targets, offering early warning, advice about risks and opportunities and show potential impacts and provide recommendations.
  • Support the decision-making process of the local and regional management.
  • Ensure adherence to Henkel's Corporate Standards and relevant laws and regulations.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Previous demonstrable experience in a Business Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis role (3-5 years).
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, BI tools), SAP knowledge is a plus. 
  • Fluency in Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages would be a benefit. 
  • To be successful in this role you need to be engaged and committed to high quality work.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Enjoy working in a diverse international organisation collaborating with stakeholders across Europe.
