YOUR ROLE

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing LATAM Sales Campaigns and ensuring financial accuracy of discounts, including proper accounting practices
• Prepare and control the forecast of sales campaigns to support business objectives
• Align financial strategies with overall business goals and market conditions
• Lead and manage the main projects in the area, enhancing business visibility and supporting strategic decision-making processes
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project performance to the team
• Oversee and manage the company´s commercial policies to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field
• Advanced English
• Spanish (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in finance and business partner roles
• MBA (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP)
