YOUR ROLE

  • Craft and implement channel and category strategies to support ambitious growth objectives across focus retailers.
  • Deliver projects aligned with Henkel’s Category Growth Vision, driving actionable insights and results.
  • Actively develop independent customer relationships, ensuring Henkel’s position as a trusted category partner.
  • Identify & implement optimum ranging assortments and placement layouts to deliver the triple win.
  • Utilise various data sources to identify & personalise category recommendations that are aligned to the shopper journey, ensuring an omnichannel perspective.
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities, including creating compelling sell-in stories for new product development and optimisation of category strategies.
  • Share channel and shopper strategies across focus categories with senior leadership, backed by market & shopper trend analysis.
  • Contribute to a high performing & collaborative team environment.
  • Track, analyse, and report on customer performance, providing actionable recommendations to grow category share and support retail partners.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Fully versed in the latest principles and practices in category management, with proven success in an FMCG environment.
  • Degree-qualified with over three years of experience in category management (ideally with direct experience of working with Beauty retailers)
  • Analytical and adept at leveraging multiple data sources to craft compelling category stories.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and developing well-considered actionable plans.
  • Exceptional at stakeholder engagement, inspiring collaboration and bringing others along on the journey.
  • Skilled at delivering impactful presentations and communicating effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrates sound decision-making and a strong understanding of business priorities and needs.
