About this Position

Manage the VSU process and activities (incl. Value Engineering projects) for the specific equipment/line/unit or raw&pack material related projects with the objective to successfully handover to the Operations team meeting all pre-defined success criteria.  

What you´ll do

  • Participating to the project as of design phase and provide feedback/input from the Operations team
  • Leads the start-up end-to-end operational scope definition
  • Coordinates all subject matter experts (VSU team) to prepare a successful start-up
  • Ensures the Operations Assessment is completed and leads the Start-Up success criteria 
  • Designs and leads Trials, Commissioning, Qualification and Verification details plans
  • Ensure that equipment, materials, people and processes are implemented well enough to ensure smooth mass production according to expected performance
  • Attends the FAT together with representatives from Engineering and Operations team

What makes you a good fit

  • Completed, relevant education or degree in industrial engineering 
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in project management in production or Lean Management
  • Good knowledge of German and English 
  • Very good MS Office and PowerBi skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on mentality and analytical thinking
