About this position
What you´ll do
- Steers excellence in implementation of category strategy in point of sale
- Collaborates sales and with marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities
- Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication
- Develops trade programs in line with sales strategy
- Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities
- Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities
- Supports Trade Marketing teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
- Ensures that the desired product benefits and brand values / equity are properly communicated
What makes you a good fit
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG category
- Good professional experience with POS
- Fluent level of English
- Business Administration or some related educational background
- Good analytical skills and experience using Nielsen and Excel.
- Motivation and entrepreneurship skills to propose new ways to be in the market.
- Creativity, convincing and influencing skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Teamplayer attitude and leadership skills.
