About this position

What you´ll do

  • Develop custom reports and adjust existing reports (in Dayforce) based on business needs
  • Analyze and validate data, ensuring accuracy by debugging report issues, identifying discrepancies, and troubleshooting errors
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and other teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Use advanced data analysis techniques to enhance reporting outputs
  • Support report automation and efficiency improvements, proactively exploring opportunities to streamline reporting processes

What makes you a good fit

  • Excel Expertise: Advanced skills in Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
  • SQL & Data Querying: Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to debug report issues, analyze data, and ensure accuracy
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate business needs into technical report requirements and collaborate with different teams
  • Data Visualization: Experience with Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage for future data visualization needs
  • Understanding of payroll, workforce management, time & attendance data structures is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Report Customization & Automation: Experience in creating parameterized or customized reports is a plus

Minimum salary: 1 460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
