About this Position
Henkel Ireland are looking for a recent graduate to provide support for our HR team.
What you´ll do
- Supports processes/operations of the Henkel HR team
- Updating of policies and procedures in line with best practice
- Update the on-boarding programme in line with Corporate programme.
- Assist with HR Audit preparation
- Lead the absence interview process
- HR Administration – e.g. assisting with policy queries
- HR data analytics & time recording
- Manage the TY and Summer Student work placement programme
- Learning & Development
- Recruitment
- HR Projects assistance
- Liaise with interns in UK and other regions
- Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
- Any other adhoc duties as required as part of the position

- Qualifications to degree level (or equivalent) in Human Resources or business-related subject
- Good IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft Packages e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
