What you´ll do

  • Position Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced HR Operations, Senior Analyst to support employee lifecycle management across the organization. This role is critical in delivering exceptional employee support and ensuring a smooth experience during key life and career events. This role will support the launch of a new initiative to be the first point of contact for benefits onboarding, leave of absences, and separations from Henkel. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of employee benefits programs. As an HR Operations, Senior Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of transformational initiatives that streamline processes, enhance employee experiences, and drive organizational success.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Act as the primary contact for: 
      • New employees with questions about benefits, enrollment and eligibility. 
      • Employees initiating a leave of absence, currently on leave, or returning from leave. 
      • Employees separating from the company, including terminations, severance arrangements, and retirements. 
    • Provide accurate and timely information on benefits programs, leave policies, and separation processes. 
    • Partner closely with the Benefits team to resolve complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed. 
    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
    • Document interactions and track cases to ensure follow-through and resolution.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee lifecycle management
    • Assist with compliant onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management across the organization 
    • Support regional/local HR Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements

What makes you a good fit

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
  • Experience: 
    • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in benefits administration, general HR, or employee support. 
    • Familiarity with leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental leave) and benefits processes. 
  • Skills:
    • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadlines. 
    • Basic understanding of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.). 
    • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach. 
    • Strong analytical thinking capabilities

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
