YOUR ROLE

  • The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the HR team, supporting a client group of 200+ employees spanning several Business Units, Functions and Supply Chain/Operations. 
  • Partner with business leaders and senior management to implement strategically aligned Human Resource programs and Participate in special Human Resources related projects such as acquisitions and integrations, workforce planning, process improvements, etc. 
  • Knowledge of employment legislation including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, etc. 
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to business unit and/or corporate functional areas which includes recruiting, talent management/development, performance management, employee relations, general employee support and personnel documentation.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) including compensation, benefits, payroll, and mobility, leave administration, etc., to deliver HR services to the employees.
  • Manage compensation related processes including annual merit and incentive planning

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required and  advanced degree and/or SHRM Certification a plus
  • 5 -7 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to employees at all levels within the organization. 
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SAP HR a plus.
