We are offering a 3-month long internship to highly motivated and talented students, who would like to gain insight into the daily work of an international FMCG company. The Adhesive Technologies division is Henkel’s largest business unit and holds leading positions worldwide focusing on industrial markets such as automotive, aerospace, packaging and electronics industry. 

YOUR ROLE

  • Membership in a dominant chemical manufacturing team that works closely with product development, supply chain, sales and controlling to hit ambitious business targets 

  • Chance to make a substantial contribution to plant operations by identifying opportunities to improve throughput 

  • Study and standardize chemical processes in a manufacturing environment 

  • Opportunity to get to know Adhesive Technologies as a first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student pursuing a four-year degree in science, engineering or industrial field 

  • Strong interest in manufacturing; seeks to develop decision making skills and gain experience 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint including graphing and tabulation functions) 

  • Understanding of introductory principles of material science and aqueous chemistry 

  • Experience process / value stream mapping
