YOUR ROLE

  • This position is primarily engaged in day-to-day customer service, order entry and related activities. 

  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the customer base both internally and externally. 

  • Assists with product related inquiry as required. 

  • Helps coordinate additional resources as required (Technical, Product Management, Sales Management etc.) Order entry execution and maintenance with a high degree of accuracy. 

  • Issues New Part Releases (NPR’s) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s); Effectively manages blanket contracts. 

  • Expedites customers’ orders and assists in maintaining on time deliveries of orders by working closely with Production, Product Management, Quality and Shipping personnel.

YOUR SKILLS

  • A college degree and/or significant demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in customer care having demonstrated a commitment to customer loyalty, advocacy, engagement, and retention.
  • Advanced knowledge of EDI related transactions and issue resolution desired.
  • High aptitude in Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing strategies.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively respond to customer's requests or explain solutions to complaints/issues.
