Sr Product Development Engineer

  • Commercializes new film & paste products using Adhesives Development Process (ADP). 

  • Interfaces with Product Development & Manufacturing Engineering in ADP process for transfer of newly commercialized products to high volume manufacture. 

  • Create HAZOP, process flow chart, FMEA’s and Control Plan for newly commercialized products. 

  • Writes manufacturing specifications and develops new test methods as required for newly commercialized products. 

  • Presents scale-up reports to top management and external customers and leads complex scale-up projects relating to critical programs which requires cross functional team


  • Must possess relevant degree at minimum BS level or above, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred. 

  • Minimum 5 years of directly applicable engineering experience in adhesive film/paste manufacturing or related industries. 

  • Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Minitab, JMP, Visio. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Strong background in statistics and quality tools preferred. Familiarity with SPC principles and application to batch processes. Competent in problem solving techniques such as DOE, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MCA, etc.
