  • The Global Business Director is responsible for leadership of sales, technical service and regulatory compliance

  • Monitoring and projection of sales and profitability development while ensuring that sales and profitability goals are met

  • Guiding the sales team in managing/protecting existing customer relationships as well as developing new customer relationships along with development of a strong industry network with top to top relationship building at key accounts.

  • Work closely with Supply Chain Management including forecasting and inventory management

  • Close interaction with technical customer service on customer claim handling and resolution

  • Definition and execution of the business strategy together with the management team and ensuring that Key Strategic Initiatives are implemented, and corresponding targets are met


  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred) with substantial business management experience (5 years+) in the adhesive field or similar industry
  • MBA or advanced graduate degree a plus

  • 5+ years of people management experience
