Global Strategic Pricing Sr. Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Execute strategic pricing process(es) and policies globally Lead on-going pricing activities across product, sales, marketing, and finance

  • Drive value capture by implementing global price strategy and pricing processes and build-up of competitive and intelligence on pricing

  • Pro-actively provide expertise in price setting for global products (e.g., consults in setting-up of a value calculator), and in price execution (e.g., consults in preparation of high impact pricing approvals)

  • Apply product and customer differentiation logic and global guidance on discounts/rebates, and surcharges

  • Develop internal and external communications related to pricing (e.g., price change communications)and help to design and execute pricing analysis (e.g., waterfall, scatterplots, raw-material impact) and report actual pricing vs. guidance into SBU Excom and manage and train the pricing organization and lead broad adoption of pricing tool

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree, Master degree preferred

  • 8 years of experience in related field 2+ years in Pricing/Finance 2+ years in Marketing

  • Relevant experience in change management leadership, strategic planning and leadership, implementation of new processes/systems

  • Relevant industry / consumer experience
