  • Conduct time studies and define productivity standards. 

  • Analyze job tasks by breaking them down into measurable elements.

  • Observe and work cooperatively with a variety of employees to refine work methods.

  • Develop training documents and other materials.

  • Take responsibility for leading a key process improvement or redesign project at the site. 

  • Support one or more current key lean manufacturing initiatives for the site.

  • Gain exposure to short-term and strategic cost reduction measures.


  •  Attendance and punctuality are essential. As well as the ability to be self-directed and motivated.
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA Preferred.  
  • Currently enrolled in a college/university 
  • Industrial Engineering Major Preferred
