YOUR ROLE

PRAVANA’s Sales Team is seeking an energetic, passionate, and well-organized Business Development Manager for International sales. This position will direct all brand information and communicate all sales related information to the international community of distributor partners. This position will also communicate related information to the Global Export Team that handles the sales of PRAVANA in their assigned markets. Will also serve as the main sales contact for the brand in all other global markets serviced by Regional teams. • Provide international business partners with clear communication of all things PRAVANA.

  • Confirm and schedule incoming PO’s, approve and submit to Customer Service team for order entry. Also handle all credits associated for the distributors. 

  • Work with Sales Planner on international forecasting of promotions and new product launches. 

  • Work cross functionally with the Marketing and Education teams to provide tools and resources for the internet

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proven Sales background with 5+ years of experience. International sales background preferred. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent role experience. 

  • High proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and other administrative tools. 

  • Team player with strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas through concise & timely written correspondence. 

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and project planning skills with the ability to work with cross functional team members.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to gather and analyze information to develop fact-based recommendations.
