YOUR ROLE

• Develop and effectively execute all Marketing Plan programs, including consumer promotions, PR initiatives, media and interactive programs 

• Assist Brand Manager with major new product development initiatives, including identifying consumer insights, partnering with R&D, coordinating market research, developing package copy & launching innovation

• Lead business analysis to measure business performance and uncovering business driving insights to make recommendations to senior leadership. 

• Collaborate with Sales leadership in the development of customer facing communication and strategy

• Help develop yearly business plans that identifies key business opportunities and future growth plans

• Actively participate in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback) 

• Lead small, medium, and large scale projects such as bonus packs, artwork re-designs, and new item innovations

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelors’ Degree in related field, MBA preferred  

• 2 - 4 years’ experience in consumer products marketing and/or sales.

• Strong interpersonal Communication skills; strong analytical skills & financial orientation.

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills; especially the ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver project objectives.
