Global Strategic Pricing Analytics Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Execute strategic pricing process(es) and policies regionally and monitor prices and prepare price performance reviews
  • Lead on-going pricing activities across product, sales, marketing, and finance and assess resource need for POM implementation
  • Analyze ongoing pricing performance and identify new pricing opportunities and track and analyze price exceptions (e.g., which negotiations were below the target)
  • Drive value capture by implementing global/regional price strategy and pricing processes and setup KPI reporting
  • Pro-actively provide expertise in price setting for global/regional products (e.g., consults in setting-up of a value calculator), and in price execution (e.g., consults in preparation of high impact pricing approvals)
  • Help to design and execute pricing analyses (e.g., waterfall, scatterplots, raw-material impact) and report actual pricing vs. guidance into SU LT
  • Manage and train the Pricing organization and lead adoption of pricing tool


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-8 years of Specific Experience
  • 2 or more years in Pricing and Marketing
  • Relevant experience in change management leadership, strategic planning and leadership, implementation of new processes/systems
  • Relevant industry/consumer experience
