Your Role

  • The Education Coordinator is responsible for Customer Service, Model Castings, Product Testing and additional Education Department Support.
  • Overall the position will contribute to the achievement of the Company’s goals.
  • The Education Coordinator is responsible for resolving customer inquiries via phone, email or social media.
  • Assists in Quality Control and issuing replacement orders.
  • Model management for in office and off site events.
  • Including managing casting requests and conducting on site casting, creating model agreements and building model bank.
  • Product testing and additional Education Department needs.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • License Cosmetologist Preferred
  • Travel up to 25%
