Lead Mixer Operator, 2nd shift

YOUR ROLE

Day One Medical Eligibility, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K, Paid Vacations and much more! 

  • Lead 2nd Shift personnel, assisting supervisor in daily activities 

  • Weigh-up make ready batches, using bulk, liquid and cures scales and Bulk Bag Stations. 

  • Read and understand mixing instructions, operate mixers to mix make readies and taking samples for testing. 

  • Cut out finished batches on floor-water tanks and load into cages and run clean-outs in mixers between different batches.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Communicates effectively with applicable departments and the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and must have good oral and written communication skills, must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. 

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds on an occasional basis

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
