  • Development of Category Strategies for Hair Colouring, Hair Care and Hair Styling including promotional intelligence, growth drivers, portfolio & channel strategy, based on category deep dive reviews and key shopper insights.

  • Go-To-Market Excellence: development of activation plans based on category strategies, translating brand plans into tangible sales results, partnering with account teams to unlock category driving initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team to manage the NPD timeline and requirements for our sales team ensuring other deliverables for category reviews are met.

  • Point of Sale (POS) Process Management: Development of in-store execution plans across beauty categories including budget management. Managing relationships with POS agencies and suppliers. Conducting post program analysis – reviewing return on investment (ROI) and identifying improvements for future


  • Bachelor’s degree level in a business-related discipline.

  • 3-5 years proven track record of relevant work experience in analysis in Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Market Research. 

  • In-depth knowledge of shopper and scan data (IRI, Nielsen, Quantium) and ability to translate them into action.

  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial, proactive and self-motivating.

  • Strong attention to detail, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills to work within a team.
