  • Take responsibility for leading a key IT improvement or project at the site.
  • Support one or more current key digital factory initiatives for the site.
  • Optimize databases and/or spreadsheets used by the plant.
  • Work cooperatively and take initiative to communicate proactively.
  • Gain exposure to short-term and strategic cost reduction measures.


  • Current College Student with Interest in IT.
  • Self-directed/motivated.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential.
