YOUR ROLE

  • Provide  all-round HR support to Adhesive, Beauty and Functions APAC Business HR processes
  • FTE Monitoring & management of process for all SBUs, liaise with Country HR, hiring managers & Global Excom facilitators on hiring requests. Similar accountability to keep track on Promotions, offcycles, temp labour process for A, B and F APAC
  • Data Management and reporting: manage HR reporting and data maintenance in FTE movement, attrition, promotion, org effectiveness etc. Ad hoc
  • HR Projects: participate in assigned HR Projects - leading topics related to merit cycle, TM for A APAC, cascading/ training other A, B and F APAC HRBPs in APAC
  • Other project based tasks per needed

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience in as a HR generalist or a similar position - at least 1 years
  • Experience in HR consulting experience is also welcomed
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Kindness, openness and initiative in dealing with employees' requests
  • Ability and attitude to handle and enjoy VUCA situation
  • Kindness, openness and initiative
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
