  • Market segment analysis to uncover Sales opportunity at key segment customers Competitor analysis at Material sand system level, developing plans to compete
  • High Level customer needs, drives and including segment regulations and certification needed to enter / participate in these segments
  • Regional / county analysis where key customers are located and develop relationships with key customers per region at senior levels. In co ordination with KAM
  • Support that messaging around value prop.
  • Manage global offensive projects within strategic guardrails
  • Develop segmentation proposal and supporting market plans
  • Develop and implement market plan to drive existing product portfolio through applications
  • Provide business case input for market innovation pipeline
  • Define guardrails for global promotion/campaign concept
  • Work with Marcom and program marketing to develop robust value proposition (messaging and positioning)


  • 6-10+ years of Industrial Marketing, product management or equivalent (Industrial/Automotive experience is required)

  • Horizontal Marketer with technical proficiency

  • Vertical Technical profile with marketing proficiency

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business or Engineering MBA preferred
