YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for country Sales and Cost target delivery and project pipeline
  • Optimize sales mix to higher growth and margins
  • Develop & execute Korean key account strategy (Short-mid & long term)aligned with the SBU/SU strategy
  • Support price alignment globally and assess risk in case of discrepancies, correct as needed
  • Lead country team, coach and develop team members






















YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred
  • Minimum five (5)years of experience of Industrial Strategic Marketing or business management Experience in people leader
  • Experienced in driving growth in Korea markets
  • Ability to influence individuals at all levels in the organization, both globally and regionally
  • Strong presentation skills
