National Business Manager, Target Beauty Team

YOUR ROLE

  • Strengthen Henkel’s position as a category partner by providing solutions with Henkel brands that drive total category growth.

  • Partner with Sales Analyst and internal stakeholders to develop, monitor, and refine shipment and sales forecasts using account POS, IRI and other data to deliver against business plan, customer in stock goals and Henkel forecast accuracy measures. 

  • Manage the Target Henkel Hair Category trade budget and develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and profitability. 

  • Manage internal and external customer communications.

  • Provide direction to cross functional resources, find insights to drive strategic plan, and execute the plan with excellence. Create and collaborate with Shopper Marketing partners programs to drive growth.

  • Lead promotional negotiations for optimal planning and investments. 

  • Work with internal Henkel Beauty e-commerce / digital teams to drive adoption of marketing and brand initiatives for Target e-commerce / digital platforms.

  • Coordinate detailed item set up and maintenance process required as a Target partner.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred, with 5+ year of professional experience. Strong preference for experience working with Target and Target specific systems (POL, MerchIQ, TCN, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills, sound financial acumen and P&L management

  • Experience with large group and one on one presentations

  • Strong MS-Excel, MS-Power Point, analytic and negotiation skills
