Under the direction of a Technical Service Representative the Intern will: 

  • Enter data into data bases for statistical analysis Examine charts and graphs of the statistical data Examine multi-variate data with TCS member to identify outliers

  • Configure customer machine data point tag’s - individual variables for monitoring 

  • Set up connections sending data to and from the Henkel based cloud Interface customer data point “tags” to Henkel black box collection center utilizing choice of available software protocols 

  • Be responsible for general laboratory cleanup and other general lab projects and duties as assigned


  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering – some chemistry is preferred

  • Applicant must have completed two years of college degree related courses 

  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of SQL/JAVA programing is preferred 

  • Knowledge of MQTT, Node-Red, IIOT and Industry 4.0 is preferred 

  • Knowledge of Opto 22, Wonderware HMI, NWA QA analyst or Pirouette multi- variable software is a plus 

  • Available to work 6 months, 10-20 hours per week during business hours on an on-going basis (schedule can be flexible)

  • Candidate may work with or around chemicals and must be able to follow safe work practices and protocols.
