YOUR ROLE

  • Be responsible for free sample order, quotation issue and processing orders
  • Contribute to communicate with production planner and related department to adjust delivery
  • Share customer's requirement such as Spec, label, specific agreement with related personnel to meet and maintain them on system
  • Coordinate post-sales issue, customer's complaints, replacement, return and credit
  • Ensure prompt and accurate response to customer's inquires

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management preferred
  • Minimum of 1(One) year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, skills and self-starter
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with internal and external customers
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes Databases
  • Knowledge of SAP business systems required specifically the OTC(Order to Cash) process
