The Jr Innovation Project Manager leads and manages key ADP projects for the AP business with a primary focus on execution. This includes managing stakeholder expectations on project scope, deliverables, timing, and resource management. This role is critical to delivering new products in a timely manner to our strategic markets


  • Manage individual Innovation ADP Projects
  • Manage, lead and motivate cross-functional project teams

  • Create and align on project time schedule and financial plan

  • Ensure thorough planning of project milestones / tasks / activities

  • Regularly update and report on project progress/summarize status of managed projects

  • Proactively communicate issues and risks to stakeholders and management

  • Prepare and present projects for gate reviews

  • Manage project budget and KPIs

  • Identify risk and define countermeasures

  • Take lead in case of problems and conflicts

  • Guide team members to properly use ADP / Planview process, templates and

  • Drive master data accuracy within Planview

  • Steer effective business case submission

  • Facilitate and manage the clear definition and delivery of a project’s value proposition

  • Maintain high quality standards throughout

  • Continually enhance knowledge sharing and project management standards

  • Manage a mix of major and minor projects concurrently                                    


  • University degree in Management / Engineering / Science / Chemistry
  • Preferable 1+ years of relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales / Marketing / TCS / R&D PD
  • Fluent in English
  • Data driven with good analytical skills e.g. Access, Excel, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Collaborative & positive teamwork skills 
  • Able to contribute to a positive “can-do” mind set and team spirit
  • Must be driven, persistent, and results-oriented
  • Enthusiastic Change Agent – ability to “sell” internally
  • Capability to drive and influence without direct authority
