YOUR ROLE

  • Serve as the SC single point of contact and technical advisor for New Product Initiatives. Deliver organic sales growth and cost savings by integrating projects efficiently and sustainably into the production environment.   

  • Drive supply chain alignment and communication to launch new product initiatives, cost savings, sourcing projects, or topics as assigned

  • Lead cross-functional teams to agreed timing or defined targets. Drive functional accountability. 

  • Steers projects to meet safety, quality, sustainability, and efficiency targets.

  • Supports business cases for new projects by calculating costs, capacity studies, investment confirmation, sourcing and SC feasibility

  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUR SKILLS

Requirements:
  • At minimum, a Bachelors degree required. Engineering backgrounds preferred. At least 5 years of experience with increasing responsibility, ideally in a technical or operations environment.
  • Fundamental skills in Microsoft suite of products • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP is an asset. Demonstrated project management skills. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in steering inter-functional teams (also based in different geographies) and good adaptability to multicultural backgrounds.
  • Good understanding of the main cost drivers of manufacturing operations. Sound understanding of financial principles and the build-up of business cases. Ability to understand and defend arguments for a project’s economical evaluation.
