Duration: 3 months

Three words to describe your internship experience:
welcoming, informative, and applicable.

What is the greatest learning you will take home after your internship at Henkel?
Throughout my internship, I learned a lot about advanced Excel formulas and how to apply them to various tasks. Through the projects my manager assigned to me, I was able to learn how to use several formulas that allowed me to automate reports. This saved a lot of time when it came to updating reports. I greatly appreciate this new knowledge and know that I can use these skills no matter what career I plan to pursue.

Being an intern at Henkel, what do you like most about it?
Although it is hard to choose, my favorite part about my internship experience was making connections. Everyone I met was very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. There was also some interaction between other interns through the group project, which was a great way to meet people in a similar position as you. The people who were directly part of my internship experience also mentioned that they could help me with resumes and other things even after my internship ended, which is a great resource to have.

What is unique about working at Henkel?
One unique part about working at Henkel is that they are a global company, so employees can work from basically anywhere in the world. In fact, for some upper-level positions, you are required to spend time in at least one other branch to understand the role from a different perspective. This is definitely something that sets Henkel apart from other companies.
