Our Commitment 

The Supplier Diversity Program was established to provide the maximum opportunity for certified diverse suppliers including Disabled, LGBTQ+, Minority, Veteran and Women Owned Business Enterprises as well as disadvantaged and Hub Zone businesses who are interested in doing business with Henkel. Henkel’s Supplier Diversity Team is dedicated to providing assistance to both the buyer and the seller.

Components of Henkel’s Supplier Diversity Program:

Openness – actively seeking diverse suppliers through minority and business development organizations and participation in various trade show activities

Certification – verification of status through screening processes

Qualification – review and input of selected business criteria and referral to appropriate Purchasing professional for consideration

Utilization – activities in the purchasing processes, such as routine purchases, requests for proposals and contracts and other forms of purchases

Henkel's Supplier Diversity team is your advocate for doing business with Henkel. Our objective is to match your company to the appropriate Purchasing Professional. In addition, the team works externally with Women & Minority Owned Business Enterprises development organizations and other groups chartered to assist diverse suppliers.

Here are a few basics for starting the process and and becoming a prospective supplier:

  • When filling out the supplier form include as much relevant information as possible describing your company’s products and services.
  • Your material will be reviewed, logged in and forwarded to the appropriate Purchasing Professional(s) at Henkel.
  • We will work to match your product/service with Henkel’s needs.
  • If we identify a need for your product or service, a Henkel Purchasing Professional will contact you with information regarding next steps and other pertinent details.
  • If there is no need, your information will remain in our database for future requests.
