What you´ll do
The Consumer Intelligence Team in Bratislava is expanding its Consumer & Market Intelligence division and is looking for experienced market researcher with dedication, passion, and enthusiasm for Henkel brands, covering the entire range of standardized quantitative and qualitative market research methods. As a Market Research Expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving decisions that shape global markets.
As a key member of our US regional team, you’ll:
- Design and execute market research to answer business questions by integrating primary and secondary data sources.
- Employ appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods including focus groups, in home ethnographies, 1-1 interviews, concept tests, home use tests, advertising testing, etc. to address business question
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a trusted business partner to influence decision making.
- Manage projects efficiently to achieve team goals and meet deadlines.
- Provide concise analysis of findings and generate actionable recommendations.
Synthesize and communicate insights to stakeholders and broader cross-functional teams.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is eager to make an impact. To excel, you should have:
- Proven Expertise: 5+ in Market Research including experience in survey design and data collection methods, market segmentation and targeting, focus groups, advertising research and tracking, discrete choice methodologies and new product research.
- Strategic Acumen: A knack for connecting data insights to real-world business opportunities
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to craft compelling management summaries and present them with clarity
- Educational Background: A university degree in Sociology, Market Research, Marketing, Business Studies, or Psychology
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to create impactful presentations and manage workflows.
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse international teams.

Minimum salary: 2000 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
