About this position
What you´ll do
Loctite Brand Strategy development/execution (DIY/PRO(Craftsmen) Channel)
- Loctite products portfolio management（including New product launch, existing pofrtoflio management
- Off-line Channle POSM Strategy development/execution
- Campaign/Promotion development /execution（End User / Channel/Digital）
- Sales / Profit management
- Collaborative work with internal departments, related teams, and global members to design and implement strategies.
What makes you a good fit
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing roles
- Proven experience in product, category, or brand management
- Experience in planning, designing, and executing strategies and programs in sales and marketing
- Experience and skill to drive the above marketing tasks independently
- English proficiency: Business level
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including with international colleagues using English
- Extensive experience in building relationships, engaging in discussions, and negotiating with internal and external partners across roles, levels, and nationalities
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
