About this Position

Lead our production in Maribor 

What you´ll do

  • Applies and coaches SIM process in Operations to create and run to standards
  • Be part of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses
  • Implement in his/her site the Production strategy. Ensure that high operating standards are applied at all times.
  • Set goals and metrics for all aspects of the operation, ensuring goals are met and ensuring effective performance measurement on a routine monthly basis.
  • Accountable and follow up on his/her operating budgets for labour and capital expenditures that are consistent with short and long-term site master plans
  • Provides support and resolves conflicts making sure the team can perform their tasks
  • Maintain compliance at the site through continuous improvement efforts focused appropriately on technology, people, and processes.
  • Responsible of the Operational Excellence effective implementation in the Operations.

What makes you a good fit

  • 3+ years of experience in Operational Excellence/Lean Management implementation
  • Experience in managing operations and people and developing colleagues' skills in Operational capabilities and coaching skills.
  • Experience in project management focusing on implementing operational change.
  • Very good communication skills in Slovenian and English; any other language is an advantage
  • Excellent time management, analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial and team spirit.
  • Effectively able to collaborate and work in teams.
  • Open mind and “humble” to learn.
  • Change Agent, high level of commitment, perseverance, ability to work under pressure.
