What you´ll do
Support the division’s day-to-day operations through a combination of administrative, sales, and marketing coordination responsibilities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Division GM, including preparation of presentations, coordination of meetings, reporting, and handling purchase orders and other logistical tasks.
- Manage internal processes to ensure smooth execution of the division’s daily activities and cross-functional coordination.
- Support the sales team in their day-to-day needs to maximize their effectiveness in the field – including process follow-ups, documentation, coordination, and general back-office support.
- Maintain and update customer and product databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support ongoing operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to support decision-making – an analytical mindset is a plus.
- Plan and coordinate marketing-related logistics such as trade show participation, promotional activities, and alignment with regional and global marketing teams.
What makes you a good fit
- Full-time availability.
- Recent graduate or student in the final stage of their degree (up to two years post-graduation).
- Previous experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or analytical/operational roles – an advantage.
- Experience in the adhesives, industrial, or manufacturing sectors – a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau – preferred.
- High level of English – written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
