About this position

About this Position

  • Lead and drive GC HCB supply chain performance and KPIs delivery, from OTC, planning to production, cross different market, establish tracking and continually improvement with insights.
  • Establish analytics capability for GC supply chain team through digitization.
  • Lead and drive GC big innovations and projects, for example -Braga, Dragonfly.
  • Implement Braga for supply chain POV during TDA.

What you´ll do

  • Define and deploy GC Supply Chain operational KPIs and performance tracking, with aligning global/regional target and direction.
  • Support daily business requirements and drive insights and improvement (S&OP/ASPIRE…etc.).
  • Build digitized capability with more data insights.
  • Develop high performing team.
  • Be part of Dragonfly project team and deliver from supply chain POV.
  • Lead Braga integration on supply chain during TDA, implement with cross functional team.

What makes you a good fit

  • Fluent English, Chinese.
  • Bachelor above degree.
  • End to end supply chain experience.
  • Digital experience.
  • FMCG and multi-supply chain related experience, more than 10years working experience.
  • Analytics and data insights related experience.
  • Strong engagement and influence skill with cross functional, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management skill and experience.
